Over the course of this program, you will explore 4 components:
Mind, Body, Self, and Reclamation
In each section, you will explore your current challenges and concerns and build the process for mastering each in order to stress less, create better time management practices, and ultimately become your Greater Self.
Mind: Develop foundational concepts to process life with clarity.
Body: Develop how your body can support what your mind is creating.
Self: Developing your self-care and nurturing to feed your soul.
Reclamation:
The last component is where you take the previous three components and set the new blueprint for how you will do life as your Greater Self and begin to accomplish your goals and dreams.
The way these concepts are broken down each week will also promote greater integration of your time being intentionally used to do the following:

part of your life and the amount of
time & attention you give to each.

Maximize Resources that will support
